Hawaiian Fruit Cup
Serves: 6
Download this recipe.
1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, chilled
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments, chilled and drained
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup coconut flakes
In large bowl combine pineapple and juice, drained mandarin oranges, and banana slices. Stir until all banana pieces have been covered with juice. Sprinkle coconut over top and serve in small dishes.
