1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
4 cups torn salad greens
6 cups cut-up fresh fruit
In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, paprika, salt and dry mustard until well blended. Cover and chill for 1 hour to develop flavor.
In a large salad bowl, combine greens and fruit. Pour on some of the dressing and toss to coat. Pass remaining dressing separately.
