1 pound boneless beef chuck
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon splenda
1 clove garlic, crushed
1. Cut steak into 1/8" thick slices.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
3. Place meat in crockpot, pour sauce over meat and stir. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
