Lemon Herb Sauce

I have a question. Can you find the old recipe for Lemon Herb Sauce that McCormic used to make? They don't make it anymore and I don't know how to make it. I hope you can help me out. My husband and I love it on Salmon and have only one package left.

Hi Kay,

Here’s a recipe that might replace McCormick’s sauce mix.

Lemon Herb Sauce

1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 sm. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, grated

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Use as a marinade before and basting during cooking.
