Tomato Soup with Chives
Serves: 4

2 cups beef broth
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 cup chives
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1. Bring beef broth and tomato juice to a boil. Add onions, celery and seasonings. Cook at low heat 10 minutes.
2. Add dill, simmer 5 minutes. Add chives and serve at once.
