Guacamole Salad
Serves: 6

2 6-ounce cans guacamole frozen, thawed
1 tomato large, chopped
2 tablespoons bacon bits
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
6 cups lettuce rinsed and drained on paper towels
2 cups tortilla chips
1. Spoon guacamole into mixing bowl. Add tomato, bacon bits and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter. Spoon 6 equal amounts of guacamole onto lettuce leaves. Stick 6 tortilla chips into each serving.
