"Boiling" Eggs Trick

I live at 7400 feet and I boil eggs in my vegetable steamer. I don't do any thing special just put them in the steaming basket for about 35 minutes although less time may be ok.

I only do one layer of eggs but I suspect you could fill the basket up without any problems. The steamer does not cause the eggs to bounce around like boiling them in a pan so no broken eggs. When they are done cooking I cool them in ice water and they turn out perfect every time.
