Lime Sherbet with Strawberries
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberries freshsugar
1 pint lime sherbet
Rinse and hull strawberries. Slice berries and sprinkle with sugar to desired sweetness let stand until sugar dissolves.
To serve, scoop sherbet into four individual serving dishes. Surround with sweetened strawberries.
