Ice Cream Sandwiches
Serves 4
Ingredients:
8 cookiesice cream
Remove ice cream from freezer and allow it to soften a little, but not melt.
Take one cookie and generously spread ice cream on it. Top it with the other cookie. Wrap it in platic wrap and place it in the freezer to set up.
