Frozen Watermelon Slices
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 honeydew melon1 gallon raspberry sherbet
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Refrigerate melon for at least 2 hours so that it is well chilled slice in half. Scoop out seeds pack each center with raspberry sherbet. Slice each half into 4 wedges press chocolate chips into the sherbet along the bottom edges to look like seeds. Serve immediately.
