Delicious Dill Dip
Serves 16
Ingredients:
1 (4-ounce) slice cream cheese fat free1/2 cup cottage cheese lowfat
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream fat free
2 tablespoons green onions finely chopped
2 teaspoons dill weed dried
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Blend all ingredients on medium speed in blender until fluffy. Chill for 24 hours. If dip becomes too thick, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk. Serve with vegetables or lowfat crackers. Makes 2 cups.
