Buttermilk Wheat Bread
Serves 16
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups buttermilk1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order given. Select "white bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions. Yield: 1 loaf
