Cook'n is the best selling recipe organizer

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons oils
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cold water
1 (16-ounce) container ready-to-spread frosting

Blend first 8 ingredients together fill 12 paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes cool before frosting.
