Roasted Zucchini Sticks
Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinicooking spray
seasoned salt
Wash and quarter zucchinis. Coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
