Baked Fish with Parsley
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 pound fish fillet1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Place fillets in a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, blend together remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
