Zucchini, Carrots, and Onions

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 zucchini
4 carrots, peeled
1 onion, sliced

Cut zucchini and carrots into strips about 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch wide. Slice onion. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and add carrots. Cover and let steam about 5 minutes. Add onions and zucchini. Cover and steam for 3 minutes
