Orange Pineapple Dessert

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segment
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 cups whipped topping
1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

Beat together cake mix, eggs, and oil. Cut oranges in small pieces and add to cake mix, including juice. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

Combine crushed pineapple, including juice, whipped topping and pudding mix. Beat until smooth. Spread over cake.
