Dill-Flavored Carrots

Serves 6

Ingredients:

10 carrots (about 1 lb), peeled and cut into sticks similar to French fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
Fresh pepper
1 tablespoon water

1. Place carrot sticks in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil. Add oil and sprinkle with dill weed, pepper, and water. Wrap carrots securely in foil, and crimp edges.

2. Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until carrots are tender.
