Sparkling Fruit Smoothies
Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 cups cold chopped melon or strawberries1 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate
1 (12-ounce) can sugar-free ginger ale
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
