Sesame-Roasted Asparagus
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/8 teaspoon salt
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange asparagus on a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly coat asparagus with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
3. Bake 10-12 minutes until asparagus is just tender-crisp.
