Baked Beans
Serves 6
Ingredients:
3 cans pork and beans8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine all ingredients and put into large baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
NOTE: This could also be assembled in a crock pot and cooked on high for 3 to 4 hours however, it will be a thinner consistency.
