Monday
Dovetailing Tips: Parmesan, onion, and mozzarella are all on the chopping block (in a manner of speaking) today! Slice the onion you need for today's menu and then take an extra minute or two to chop an additional 1 1/4 cups. Next, go ahead and grate a little more than 1/2 cup Parmesan. You will have enough for today and Thursday. Last, grate 4 cups of mozzarella and you will have it ready to go today and Thursday!
Tuesday
Dovetailing Tips: You are cooking bacon today and all you need to do is toss in an extra 8 slices. It isn't much work to do 18 slices instead of 10, but it will save you big time and mess later by getting it all done at once! Save the 8 extras for tomorrow.
