Baby Red Potatoes
Serves 6
Ingredients:
10 small red potatoes4 tablespoons butter
salt
1 tablespoon parsley
Scrub potatoes. Place in saucepan filled with 2 inches of water. Bring to boil. Cover and boil for about 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain. Drizzle with melted butter and stir until well coated. Sprinkle with salt and parsley.
