Quick and Easy Plum Tart

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 sheet butter puff pastry shell
4 medium plums, stones removed, sliced
1/3 cup icing sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 180° (160°C fan-forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper.

2. Place pastry on prepared tray; stand until thawed. Fold 1cm of the pastry edges over toform a border. Arrange plum slices on pastry; sift over 2 tablespoons of the icing sugar.

3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and lightly brown.

4. Dust with the remaining sifted icing sugar. Serve with vanilla ice-cream, chocolate ice-cream or whipped cream, if desired.

Not suitable to freeze or microwave.
