Monday

Dovetailing Tips:This week is super easy. All we need to dovetail is onions, but we will do lots of them today. If you can tolerate them all today you will save yourself lots of time and washing during the week. Pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes before cutting into them and it will spare you a few tears!

You are going to chop 2 onions (medium to large) and slice two onions (one small and one large). You will be set for the whole week and just get to reap the reward for the rest of the week.

Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: Your large sliced onion is ready to go!


Thursday
