Smiling Palates and Wallets

By Sydney Hill

Having fruits in season not only taste AMAZING, but they are usually cheaper, too. It makes sense to plan our meals around the good and the cheap. Everyone from the palate to the wallet are happy. Obviously, we live in a world where we have almost any fruit at our fingertip at anytime of the year, which is wonderful! There's canned, dried, frozen, but it's also wonderful to get that fresh fruit.

So, to help you decide just when to make that strawberry freezer jam (which I just made! Mmmmm), I've given you a list of what and when everything is in season.

Feel free to print this off and post it in your kitchen. Place it in your recipe book, put it by your calendar: so you can plan the meals that will impress at the right time!
