Clever Idea
While this isn't my own idea, I think it is worth sharing. When I have to squeeze the liquid out of thawed spinach, I put it through my potato ricer! The potato ricer, which is shaped like a giant garlic press, does a fantastic job of getting all the excess moisture out and cleans up quickly and easily. Works like a charm and does a much better job than squeezing it through a cloth towel!
