Catalina Taco Salad

I had forgotten about this wonderful main dish salad, which I used to serve all the time, until my sister-in-law gave me a bottle of Catalina dressing. I've served it twice since. Yummy.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds | lean ground beef (90% lean) |
3 cups | (12 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese |
1 (15-ounce) can | pinto or black beans, rinsed and drained |
2 | medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
1 | large onion, chopped |
1 bunch | Romaine lettuce, torn |
1 (12-ounce) package | Fritos Original Chips |
1 (24-ounce) bottle | Catalina salad dressing |
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large serving bowl.
Add the cheese, beans, tomatoes, onion, romaine and corn chips. Drizzle with dressing; gently toss to coat. Yield: 12 servings.
