When cooking the bacon, cook 10 slices of bacon. Crumble 2 and save the other strips to add to your Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich for Meal 2.

Remove the 10 slices of bacon you cooked for Meal 1. Heat the bacon strips you cooked during Meal 1 in the microwave or toaster oven while making the spread. Assemble the sandwiches, adding 2 strips of bacon to each.

When preparing the carrots, process an additional 2 pounds to use in the Meal 4, Quinoa Salad. Peel and slice them into ¼-inch coins. Store in a sealed container until ready to use.

Double the recipe for the breadstick dough. Use the additional dough to make the crust for today’s dessert – Blackberry Dessert Pizza.
