Ingredients:
2 tablespoons | butter |
1 cup | finely minced onion |
1 (8-ounce) package | baby portobello mushrooms, sliced |
1 (16-ounce) package | frozen peas |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1/2 teaspoon | ground pepper |
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Stir in the peas and 1/2 cup water. Cook, stirring frequently, until the peas are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper.
