Green and Gold Salad with Citrus Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
3/4 cup | buttermilk ranch-style dressing |
2 teaspoons | grated orange rinds |
3 tablespoons | orange juice |
3 cups | chopped fresh broccoli |
2 | ripe avocados, cubed |
1 1/2 cups | diced mangos coupons |
1 | large navel orange, sectioned and chopped |
1/2 cup | pecans, toasted |
1 (6-ounce) package | fresh baby spinach |
3 to 4 ounces | crumbled goat cheese |
8 strips | applewood bacon, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips, cooked until crisp and drained well |
Directions:
Stir together first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve.
Combine broccoli and remaining 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
