9 Cool Ways to Use your High-Powered Blender More
It’s time to wipe the dust off those high-powered blenders and use them WAY more often! I have had my Blendtec for almost ten years, and while I feel I have used it a ton and it has been well worth the investment, I will admit that it doesn’t get used as often as it should. It seems to get a little dusty in my cupboard in between my spurts of trying to eat more healthy. This is predominantly because I use my blender most often to make delicious healthy protein shakes and smoothies. I love how it pulverizes all the frozen berries, bananas, and greens in seconds!
It is great to get creamy smoothies anytime, but I know I could be doing so much more with my blender. I remember leafing through the pamphlet the day I got it and being amazed by its capabilities—especially things like creamy soups that actually get hot right in the blender, thanks to its high-powered motor. Here are a few ways you can use your high-powered blender, such as the Vitamix, Blendtec, or even Ninja Foodi way more often.
1. Soups.
Because of the high powered motor, you can make the creamiest, silkiest soup right in your blender. For example, a butternut squash soup. You simply sauté your cubed squash with some onion and garlic and then you can add it to your blender with some milk and blend to creamy perfection. The high-speed blender will keep it nice and warm and ready to eat straight from the blender.
2. Fluffy scrambled eggs.
Just crack those eggs right into your blender and give them a pulse and you will have the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever. The blender gets a lot of air fluffed into those eggs so that is what makes him so light and fluffy.
