ANSWER:

When you click a recipe on the Cook'n Home Page of the Cook'n Desktop App, you can control where it opens. If you want the recipe to open up in your web browser so you can capture it, follow these steps:

1. Launch Cook'n and click the Preferences button on the toolbar
2. In the "When Browsing Internet Recipes" section, select the first option: "Display web pages in external web browser with Capture PLUGIN"
3. Click Save and Close
4. Click any recipe on the Cook'n Home Page and notice that the recipe will open in your default web browser

NOTE: To capture recipes in your default web browser, be sure to install the Cook'n Capture Plugin
