ANSWER:

To qualify for the Cook'n 14 upgrade you must be an Annual subscriber or you must be subscribed to a Monthly membership for 5 months or more. Since there is no installer for Cook'n 14, the only way to get it is to install Cook'n 13 and then simply log in to your Cook'n Cloud account. Cook'n will upgrade you automatically if you qualify for the Cook'n 14 upgrade.
