I have restored a backup file but it disconnected me from the cloud. What do I do?

ANSWER:
Follow these steps to correctly restore a backup file (especially 5):
- Launch Cook'n
- Click File-->Restore-->From File System
- Choose a recent/large file from the Documents\Cook'n Backups folder but do not log in to your Cloud account
- Check to see if your recipes are restored...if not, repeat step 3 and choose a different file
- When your recipes are restored, send a message to support@dvo.com to let us know and we will wipe your Cook'n Cloud account so you can re-create it
