Slow-Cooker Grits

This recipe is easy and so delicious.

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups water
1 1/2 cups uncooked old-fashioned grits
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
3 tablespoons butter, cubed
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until liquid is absorbed and grits are tender, 2-1/2 to 3 hours, stirring every 45 minutes. Stir in cheeses until melted. Serve immediately.
