In a glass-mixing bowl combine the baking soda and the citric acid (found in the canning section). In a separate dish, mix together the almond oil, peppermint extract and green food coloring. Pour the dry mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients. With a fork start mixing together pressing the fork against the sides of the dish to make sure this is completely mixed. This will take a few minutes. Once the mixture is completely combined, scoop into a glass jar or any other airtight container. If moisture is added at anytime to the mixture it will start to fizz so keep this as dry as possible.
