1. Heat oven to 375°. Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Make Streusel Topping set aside.
2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.
3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Streusel Topping
1/3 cup Original Bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter
Mix Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly.
HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Heat oven to 425°. Use square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Stir 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour into the 2 cups Bisquick. Use 3/4 cup milk. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
