Ingredients

pork chop
lemon juice
finely chopped garlic
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
cooking oil
bread crumbs
beaten egg

Directions:

Choose pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. Season with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and parsley and marinate for one hour.

Dip pork chops in bread crumbs, beaten egg and again in bread crumbs.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry pork chops.
