Mix powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk and the vanilla. Stir in additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until smooth and consistency of thick syrup.
**Glazes top of one 12-cup bundt cake, 10-inch angel food cake or 13 x 9-inch cake.**
Betty's Tip: White glazes and frostings that call for milk will look whiter and less translucent if you use whole milk, half-and-half or cream.
