About 45 minutes before serving:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, mix butter, lemon juice and rosemary.
In a small bowl, combine crumbs with 1 tablespoon of the seasoned butter set aside.
In a medium bowl, toss lobster with remaining seasoned butter. Place shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon one-fourth of the lobster into each shell. Sprinkle crumbs over the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is opaque and crumbs are golden brown (do not overcook).
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
