Chill four individual salad plates. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and onion salt until blended set aside.
In a large bowl, toss chicken, apple, pineapple, celery, banana, raisins and coconut. Pour dressing over and gently stir.
Line salad plates with lettuce. Mound salad in center. Garnish with nuts and green onion.
