In a medium bowl, mix chicken, macaroni, oranges, pineapple, celery and grapes. Add dressing and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 or up to 24 hours.
Bell: Spoon salad into a lettuce-lined bowl. Garnish with grapes.
