In a heavy or non-stick medium saucepan over low heat, combine marshmallow creme, chocolate chips and milk. Cook, stirring frequently, for 25 to 30 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and fondue is dark and smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and let stand covered until ready to serve.
To serve, spear fruit with a fondue fork and dip into warm fondue. Cover and store leftover fondue in the refrigerator. Reheat and use as a sauce for ice cream or pears, or use straight from the refrigerator in hot or cold milk.
