* Perfect to make as a last-minute gift or for your holiday entertaining. The creamy herb spread is delicious with fresh fruits and vegetables or wheat crackers. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese and milk until smooth and fluffy. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onion, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper until well blended. Spoon into a small crock or a container with a tight-fitting lid. Sprinkle with paprika or garnish with sprig of thyme, then refrigerate. Allow at least 1 hour for flavor to develop.
Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 1 month.
For a hostess gift, pack mixture into a crock and arrange in a basket or on a tray with a cheese knife, small butter spreaders, party napkins, your favorite crackers or fresh fruit.
