Curried Turkey Spread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups turkeys minced cooked
1/2 cup celery minced
1 egg hard-cooked, chopped
1 (2-ounce) jar pimiento chopped, drained
1 tablespoon onion minced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
1/2 teaspoon curry powder or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash mustard dry
3/4 cup mayonnaise real

Directions:

Combine turkey, celery, egg, pimiento, garlic, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and mustard. Stir in mayonnaise, cover, and chill. Use in sandwiches or spread on crackers.
