Hot Fudge Pie

Ingredients

1 quart chocolate ice cream softened
1 chocolate cookie crumb pie crust ready-made
1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
Hot Fudge Sauce
Coarsely chopped mixed nuts
whipped cream
red maraschino cherry

Directions:

Spread chocolate ice cream evenly in crust. Place scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream on top. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or up to 2 days.

Uncover and place in refrigerator 20 minutes before serving. Meanwhile, warm fudge sauce. Drizzle some of the sauce over pie and top with nuts, whipped cream and cherries. Serve remaining sauce separately.
