Mock Cream Cheese


Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese lowfat
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup milk
3 to 4 tablespoons dry milk powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor blend until very smooth. Refrigerate, covered. The mixture will thicken to a cream cheese consistency.
