Mustard Sauce For Gravad Lax

Ingredients

1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons sour cream
2 teaspoons white wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed dried weed, crushed

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix oil, mustard, sugar, sour cream, wine, salt and dill weed until well blended.

Serve with Gravad Lax or with cold cuts.
