In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut and cocoa powder set aside.
In a 2-quart saucepan, stir sugar and milk. Add butter or margarine. Over medium heat, bring to a full, rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over oats mixture and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand at least 2 hours or until set. Store in an airtight container.
